Greg Leos has a passion for both leadership development and helping others to find the careers of their dreams. As a senior executive over the past 20 years, he has successfully lead high performing business units and managed geographically dispersed sales teams; hiring (and interviewing) countless professionals in the process.
The majority of Greg’s career has been spent in the Financial Technology industry where he has served on a number of business advisory committees and lobbied on behalf of his industry on Capitol Hill. An avid fan and supporter of entrepreneurism, he has participated in two successful company exits totaling over $1.2B in value. When not running along Chicago’s lakefront or spending time with his family, Greg focuses his energy on developing leaders and mentoring leaders in the local startup community.

Green Rhino Recruitment is a recruitment firm focused on the payments and fintech industry, with headquarters in Phoenix, AZ and offices in Atlanta and Seattle.
Liz Pike is the Managing Director and owner, with 14 years in the payments space, on both the corporate and agency side of recruiting. Clients include acquirers, processors, payfacs, Card Networks, banks, startups in various stages, and PE firms. Green Rhino works on individual contributor up to C-level roles, including Revenue, Operations, Tech, Product, Compliance, People/HR.
Green Rhino Recruitment is a member of Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) and Women Networking in Electronic Transactions (Wnet). Liz Pike is a Board Member of Wnet and on various ETA committees. Liz graduated from Arizona State University and lives in Phoenix with her husband, a chef, and their 2 dogs and 2 cats.
